We are looking for an experienced project manager to work on our Shared Care Record programme.
The Project Manager will support the Programme lead in the continued implementation and additional functionality deployment of the Shared Care Record.
The post holder will be responsible for working with key leads across to:
- Develop robust monitoring and action planning processes to assist the Assistant Director IT and Digital in developing a cohesive approach towards programme management of the Digital programme.
- Producing project documentation

- • Stakeholder engagement
- • Increasing utilisation
- • Post implementation reviews
- • Liaison with suppliers and providers
- • On-boarding of additional organisations
- • Training • Risk and Issue management
