Resilience Lead

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
The Role
- Design and implement scenario exercises of an ever increasingly complex nature, identifying risks to important business services and producing all governance documentation both in preparation for and post-exercise
- Driving continuous improvement and tracking remediation of vulnerabilities
- Maintaining a high level of business, technical and operational knowledge to support effective Operational Resilience conversations including vulnerability identification and maintenance
- Deliver reporting and presenting progress to senior leadership
- Support in the attendance of site visits and assurance activity relating to critical suppliers
- Identify, measure, assign appropriate ownership, manage, monitor all risks and controls in line with RCSA methodology
Qualifications/Knowledge
- Proven track record of implementing areas of Operational resilience regulatory requirements
- Shows understanding Supply chain management, including outsourcing regulation requirements
- Knowledge of operational functional areas (operations / finance/ technology/ supply chain/ property/ information security)
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Experience of working in financial services or similarly regulated industry.
