An award-winning and highly respected consultancy based in Glasgow. They are working with a multinational client who is looking to move to a Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM and have engaged with the consultancy to help deliver this change. They need the support of an experienced contract BA to deliver this change.
Your new role
- Analyse and document current business processes and workflows
- Define and document to-be business processes and workflows.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for new and existing processes.
- Create detailed system functional documentation to support new process configurations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Plan, organise, and facilitate workshop sessions with clients to gather and validate business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in running workshop sessions and engaging with clients.
- Knowledge of Dynamics and or Office 365
- Knowledge of data migration and mapping processes is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies

This is an initial three-month contract outside IR35 but has a great chance of further extension. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to intermittently attend the Glasgow office in person. The day rate is dependent on level of experience but, it can offer a pay rate of between £400 - £450 per day.
