£16 p/h Graduate Office Assistant wanted - 1 to 2 year's Administrative experience 2 month contract

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join an illustrious wealth management group as an Office Assistant. You will need at least one year of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment to be considered. The beautiful office building is conveniently situated in the Knightsbridge area of London. The team requires an enthusiastic junior office assistant to join their ranks and match their high standards!

As the first point of contact for clients visiting the firm, attitude and presentation is key! The successful cadidate will be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, with energy and a warm, friendly manner. They will have impeccable organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.

Hours: 8am to 6pm, 5 days per week in the office!

Duties will include:

  • Hosting/welcoming clients, making tea/coffee
  • Calendar/diary management
  • Ordering food and drink daily
  • Stocking/clearing conference rooms
  • Screening and transferring calls
  • Ad hoc administrative duties throughout office

This is a 2 month contract with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent position for an impressive candidate!
