  • Salary: Norwich - £17.66 PAYE or £21.85 Umbrella; London - £19.03 PAYE or £23.60 Umbrella

We are seeking a Change Analyst with a strong focus on people-specific change plans. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing comprehensive communication and training plans, as well as assessing change impacts, particularly for non-technical staff. This role is crucial for ensuring that technical changes are understandable and effectively reintegrated into the business.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Create communication plans to disseminate information effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Design training materials and develop training plans, guidance, and courses tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand technical changes and translate them into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from directors to ground-level colleagues, to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with a team of Change Analysts, a Portfolio Planner, and a Portfolio Coordinator to drive the change management process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in developing change plans, including communication and training for technical changes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Preferred background in communication or training.
  • Ability to make complex technical changes comprehensible to non-technical individuals.
  • Experience in managing change in a hybrid work environment is highly desirable.
  • Change management qualification is preferred but not essential.
