Creative Business Requires a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Processor

We specialise in manufacturing custom products for businesses and individuals using laser cutting and UV printing machinery. We're looking to hire an enthusiastic customer service associate to liaise with our clients and oversee the processing of our daily orders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering email inquiries from customers & potential clients, who vary from independent artists and makers to corporate companies.
  • Managing our various marketplace stores such as Etsy, Shopify and Notonthehighstreet by answering all emails, keeping delivery times up to date and managing product listings.
  • Calculating custom quotes and issuing invoices using our system
  • Organise and print off the daily orders and oversee production and postage.

Person description:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is super efficient and can juggle many different tasks at once.
  • Has excellent communication skills, with a good grasp of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Can think on their feet - this is not the average role and problem solving and adapting is part of the day-to-day.
  • Is confident to talk to clients via email and over the phone, and to provide a personalised service that's appropriate to each customer and their industry.
  • Is hard working, has common sense, and would thrive working for a small business with big plans.

Although you don't need any technical knowledge to apply for this role, we'll need you to pick things up quickly during your training so that you can accurately answer client enquiries and oversee the workshops daily production and dispatch.
