My client, an ever evolving, exciting Retail business based south of Birmingham are currently searching for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the team and support the team for an initial 3-month contract with the possibility to extend.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part qualified or newly qualified accountant to showcase there commercial skillset, alongside a strong eye for detail who has experience with non-financial stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include the ownership of supporting and leading the retail team through the budget and forecasting processes, as well as producing accurate management information and financial reports, and will support the management team with insightful financial analysis to aid and influence operational decision-making.
Ideally you will -
- Be a part qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) - ideally with experience within retail or FMCG.
- Confident communication skills to support you in providing financial support and building strong client relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Have experience working in a similar role with exposure to capitalising on trading opportunities, minimising threats and identifying trends.
- Previous experience working on projects whilst being influential in strategic decision making across the wider business.
