C#/Unity & Product Support Engineer

?? REMOTE or HYBRID in London Office (near Canada Water). Must be based in the UK.
Are you interested in becoming a C#/Unity & Product Support Engineer for a well-established start-up leading the way in spatial technology?
If you thrive on problem-solving and enjoy customer interaction, this role could be perfect for you. You'll be a vital part of the team, supporting product users, internal development, and commercial teams as they create immersive collaboration software.
Your responsibilities as the C#/Unity & Product Support Engineer will include:
- Hands-on C# and Unity development (80% of your week)
- Addressing technical support issues (20% of your week) reported by customers, promptly releasing hotfix patches, updating documentation, and assisting with testing new features
- Handling customer support tasks e.g. installing and maintaining products for Defence customers, serving as a point of contact for software queries, and articulating technical issues to the development team.
You'll be a great fit for this C#/Unity & Product Support Engineer opportunity if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in C# and Unity development and support responsibilities
- Proficiency in code structure, design patterns, git version control, and Agile methodology.
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems
- Understanding of networking concepts like IPv4, DHCP, DNS, and VPN are essential.
- You MUST have a valid UK Driving Licence
?? Nice to have: Knowledge of 3D graphics and/or VR projects
?? Travel to customer locations in the UK and occasionally overseas, including the US! (Capped at 30 days p/year).
