Senior Appian Developer/ Senior Appian Support Engineer

- £45-60,000 based on experience
- Must be UK Resident or have lived in UK for over 5 years due to requirement to gain SC Clearance.
Due to continued success and expansion my Global Automation client have once again come calling and have asked me to find them both an experienced Appian Developer and Senior Appian Support Engineer to join our their Low-Code team.
You will have the opportunity to lead the support or design and development of applications and solutions (depending on role) to support business-critical systems, elevating their clients to the next level. You will become an integral part of a team of application engineers, enhancing and supporting critical applications.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
- Lead and organise team activities, manage service delivery, delegate work, and manage capacity.
- Assess the technical feasibility of business enhancement requests and implement fixes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and the delivery team.
- Evaluate and develop scalable, performant, and efficient solutions.
- Design and implement solutions with your team and provide demonstrations to clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members on application and implementation methodologies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications needed:
- Proven hands-on application development/ support experience, in the Appian BPM suite.
- Relevant experience with Appian or Mendix.
- Experience with other automation technologies (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, etc.) is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.
