WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW
- £24,380
- Monday - Friday office hours - NO WEEKENDS
- Start date - ASAP
- 12 months FTC initially but there are always lots of opportunities to go permanent along the way, many other divisions if not this one

SNAP SHOT OF YOUR DAY
- Administering flight bookings and ensuring bookings are processed accurately
- Ensuring all flights, both adhoc and groups are booked and loaded in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ad-hoc flight requests are completed to meet SLA's
- Processing all customer information, compliant with GDPR.
- Wider support for the transport team
- Monitoring ticket deadlines and customer e-tickets
- Forward planning, pricing and ordering of future groups.
- Does this sound like a good fit for you?
- Proven fast paced customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in travel and good geographical knowledge would be great! :)
