We are now looking for a target driven Collections Advisor to join a growing team in the heart of Hinckley. You will be working at a fast pace, dealing with a high volume of calls.

Position: Collections Advisor

Job duties:
- Call handling and query handling
- Contact customers in relation to outstanding monies
- Take payments by credit/debit card
- Provide excellent customer service
- Make amendments, keeping account information accurate and up to date
- Regular reporting and review of customer accounts
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous Customer service and/or Collections experience
- Natural communicator and comfortable on the phone
- Strong negotiation & persuasive skills
- Driven and resilient
