Business Analyst - Web / eCommerce
We require an experienced Business Analyst to work for our prestigious client who will be responsible for analysing, defining, and documenting business processes and requirements for their website, content, and eCommerce initiatives.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders, including marketing, IT, design and product teams, to ensure that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for website, content, and eCommerce projects.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
- Work with design and development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state, recommending actionable solutions.
This is an Umbrella Only contract and requires 2-3 days per week on client site.
