Company Overview
Cobalt Recruitment is working with a leading Build to Rent (BTR) specialist seeking a Yardi Systems Administrator to support their growing portfolio. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning and continuous development of the Yardi system, critical for managing their residential properties across the UK.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Yardi Voyager platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on support to end-users, solving issues and optimising processes.
- Ensure data integrity across the system by conducting regular audits and clean-ups.
- Create, run, and modify custom reports to support management and operational decision-making.
- Manage user access, security profiles, and permissions.
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience administering Yardi Voyager, preferably within the Build to Rent or residential property sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Yardi database structure and reporting tools (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to identify and resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train, support, and liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
