Credit and Accounts Administrator (part-time)

My client in East Kilbride is hiring a dedicated and experienced Credit Control Administrator to support their expanding team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the finance team to fulfil the unit's goals of delivering a streamlined and proficient service to the company's clientele and suppliers.
This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is keen to contribute to a successful organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outstanding invoices and resolve payment issue
- Prepare and present aged debtor reports
- Allocate bank receipts and credit notes
- Resolve customer disputes promptly
- Manage customer setups and credit checks
- Maintain strong customer and supplier relationship
- Process and pay supplier invoices
- Handle weekly BACS/CHAPS payments
- High volume invoice and credit note processing
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
