Credit and Accounts Administrator (part-time)
East Kilbride
£23,660 (pro-rata)

21 hours a week across 3 days

My client in East Kilbride is hiring a dedicated and experienced Credit Control Administrator to support their expanding team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the finance team to fulfil the unit's goals of delivering a streamlined and proficient service to the company's clientele and suppliers.

This position will suit a candidate who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is keen to contribute to a successful organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outstanding invoices and resolve payment issue
  • Prepare and present aged debtor reports
  • Allocate bank receipts and credit notes
  • Resolve customer disputes promptly
  • Manage customer setups and credit checks
  • Maintain strong customer and supplier relationship
  • Process and pay supplier invoices
  • Handle weekly BACS/CHAPS payments
  • High volume invoice and credit note processing
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Sage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
