Reed Business Support in Cambridge are excited to the working with a dynamic and innovative refinery committed to sustainable practices and cutting-edge technology. As they expand their operations in Cambridge, they are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and organising critical documents related to their refinery operations. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills and commitment to sustainability will contribute to their success.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain both computer-based and paper-based document filing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Monitor document workflows, revisions and approvals.
  • Implement best practices for document control, adhering to relevant regulatory standards.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by promoting digital document management and reducing paper usage.

Experience required

  • Previous experience in administrative, document control or a related field.
  • Ideally familiarity with document management principles and standards (e.g., BS EN ISO).
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 and/or document management software
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
