Job Responsibilities: Property Consultant / Administrator
Administration assistance including typing up sales particulars and adverts.
Carry out vendor and purchaser compliance.Sales progression.Assist with enquiries, email, phone and face to face.Book viewings and valuations.Carry out some viewings from time to time.Deal with processing tenant applications. This role would suit someone who enjoys admin but is also sales minded. Someone who is highly organised and can work well with a team as well as on their own. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:45am – 6pm and one in three Saturdays (day off in the week of working a Saturday) Salary starting from £23,500.
