Key Responsibilities for the IT Support Team Leader:
- Assist with technical support within the team, working on 2nd line tickets and projects
- Direct reporting and working closely with the senior management team
- Manage multiple tickets and projects
- Act as an escalation point within the team of ticket management
- Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
- Meet and exceed SLAs
- Keeping the IT documentation up to date
- Occasional overtime offered
Skills Required for the IT Support Team Leader:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
- Working in a pressurized environment, handling multiple incoming requests, priorities and requirements.
- Minimum 2 years working within a MSP
- 2nd Line service desk experience
- Experience of working with Network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wifi)
- Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
- Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Entra)
- You must be within a 45 minute commute from Shoreham-By-Sea.
