We're thrilled to be partnering with a leading Retailer for an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic, in-house Paid team as a Senior Paid Media Manager on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 months. About the Role:

As the new Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Paid Media strategy that spans Paid Social, PPC, Google Shopping, and Display. You'll be at the forefront of optimising campaigns with the support of the Paid Manager, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with talented online, marketing, and technology teams, providing valuable insights and fostering strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Plan, develop, and execute a company-wide Paid Media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals across Paid Search & Paid Social.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a Paid Manager, promoting best practices across all Paid Media channels.
  • Campaign Optimization: Take a hands-on approach to managing and optimising Paid Media activities daily to maximise revenue and ROI.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the Paid Media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • KPI & Reporting: Define and implement robust KPI frameworks and reporting processes to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the online, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of Paid Media strategies.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct research, analysis, and troubleshooting as needed to support business objectives.

Your background:

  • Experience: A strong background in an eCommerce setting (either in house or agency) with a proven track record in Paid Media management.
  • Commercial Awareness: The ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: A team player who excels in a collaborative environment and can communicate complex Paid Media details in an understandable way.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to campaign management and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
