Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role: Our client is currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join their team, working on fast-track fit-out projects across the UK for major supermarket and high street retail clients. This role requires a flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to travel extensively across the UK, including night and weekend work as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee fast turnaround fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Lead teams on-site, coordinating with various trades and ensuring high standards of work.
  • Ensure compliance with all current Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage projects in 'live store' environments, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Oversee projects ranging from £500k to £2M in value.

Key Requirements:

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel across the UK as required by project locations.
  • Preparedness to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • CSCS card appropriate to the level of Site Manager.
  • Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of budgeting and cost management.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Preferably from a trade background with hands-on experience.

Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly with fast turnaround fit-out projects.
  • Experience managing projects in 'live store' environments, specifically within supermarkets.
  • Previous experience working on projects for major retailers is highly desirable.
