Joining their up and coming Mission Systems department, you will be playing a key role in the overall companies future success. Founded around 150 years ago and acting as one of the go-to defence contractors, you will have plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development with clear progression routes.
In this role, the successful HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Advisor will be supporting key leaders in forging new paths, leading teams through exciting but sometimes challenging change. As the HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Advisor, you will play a key role in owning and delivering on the organisation's ambitious people agenda, ultimately changing people's lives for the better.
The ideal HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Advisor would have experience in a similar role or perhaps feel that they are ready to take the leap into a more challenging and senior position within a global defence organisation.
The Role:
- Supporting the development of people agenda.
- Developing and implementing the associated people plan.
- Building strong and influential relationships with key stake holders, trade unions and colleagues.
- Coaching managers to improve impact.
- Encouraging diversity.
The Person:
- HR Business Partner/HR Manager/HR Advisor or similar.
- Local to Bristol and eager to be in the office environment.
- British Citizen or to get SC Clearance.
