Project Coordinator

Our client based in Swindon are recruiting a project co-ordinator to join their project installation team. The main purpose of the role is to support both internal and external customers throughout the life of each project.

This role would suit an experienced administrator, used to working within a busy varied work environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Production Manager with the on-time delivery of new projects by ensuring the correct products, resources and personnel are available and allocated in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers to address queries and ensure installation readiness.
  • Keep both customers and internal staff informed of any issues impacting installation plans.
  • Liaise with the Customer Service team to progress approvals of proofs and artwork through to production.
  • Provide RAMS documentation appropriate to each project to relevant parties
  • Create customer documentation & utilise bespoke software (training will be given).

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to priorities tasks.

In return:

  • Salary up to £28K
  • 40hrs per week Monday-Friday
  • 23 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
  • Office Based (Swindon)
