Job Title: Food Production Operative ( Night Shift )
Location: Ledbury HR8
Pay Rate: £14.55 p/h, raising to £15.05
Contract: Temporary ongoing with permanent opportunities available
gap personnel, acting as an employment business, are partnering with Ornua Ingredients Europe Ltd based in Ledbury (HR8). Due to natural growth, our client requires hard-working and reliable Food Production Operatives to join their night shift, starting asap.
No previous experience needed for this role, as full training provided.
For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available and you are welcome to apply after completing your minimum probationary period.
Main Duties as a Food Production Operative :
- Working on a production line using various processes to help in the manufacturing of food items
- Hand washing trays
- Sorting and packing food items
- Palletising stock ready for despatch
- Loading and unloading
- Any ADHOC activities
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday 10pm - 6am ( fixed shifts), some Fridays included too.
Hourly Pay Rates
- Nights £14.55 p/h, raising to £15.05 p/h
Inductions will be held on site in line with their health and safety policies.
