Meraki Talent's market leading client based in the heart of Glasgow city centre are looking to add a Finance Manager to the current team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global forward-thinking firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in line with agreed deliverables.
Key duties of the role include:
- Preparation and production of monthly and quarterly management reporting based on client needs / requirements.
- Preparation and consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS / FRS 102 standards.
- Supporting the team with financial analysis and complex reporting.
- Provide detailed financial analysis as required by clients.
- Preparation of VAT and CIS returns.
- Cash flow reporting.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements around month end reporting.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
Experience required:
- ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working to challenging month & quarter end deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement and accounting for transactions.
