We are a well-established recruitment agency that is dedicated to providing high-quality teaching staff to schools across Exeter and the surrounding areas. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team on a flexible basis. This role is perfect for educators who have experience working with students and are committed to making a positive impact on their learning experiences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to students with a wide range of special educational needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students in various educational settings
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Follow individual education plans (IEP's)
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCO's and other staff members
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment

If you are a dedicated professional looking for a flexible and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but this role would also be perfect for those with previous experience in a school setting. You must have a strong understanding of different teaching strategies and interventions. Alongside a passion and commitment to supporting students with their education, you must be proactive, resilient and adaptable. You must also be confident at teaching across different key stages.

With flexible work, you will liaise with your consultant with regards to your availability where we can book accordingly. Should you wish to hear about long term, permanent roles, we are happy to arrange interview and trial days.
