Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join their growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in sales and customer service. As the Trainee Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
*Must have own means of transport due to location of the branch*
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Learn and understand products to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer queries and objections confidently and persuasively.
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain customer contact to nurture leads and close sales.
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve sales targets.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers (training will be provided).
- Previous experience working in a Builders Merchants desirable but not essential.
Salary:
£27,000 - £28,500
Hours:
Monday - Friday 07:30 – 17:00 + alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00
