Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader (4 ON 4 OFF)
Salary: £47,000 - £48,500 + Overtime (OTE £53k)

Working for a financially robust business with a £30 million turnover, you will carry out PPM and RM on a variety of static plant and machinery, as well as handle essential office-based duties. This role is ideal for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in Manufacturing, Plant, Marine, REME, Chemical, or similar fields. If you're comfortable being hands-on and handling office duties, and you're eager to upskill on various technical equipment, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and RM on a wide range of technical plant and machinery.
- Perform office-based duties, including managing rotas, QHSE, safety audits, disciplinaries, and training.
- Work on a 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern (days and nights), with 18 days off following each 7 cycles.
Candidate Profile:
- Maintenance Engineer with a background in manufacturing, plant, REME, or similar industries.
- Possess leadership or team lead skills, or the drive and character to step into this role.
- Accustomed to continental shift patterns, or has the flexibility to adapt to them.
