Freightserve recruitment are looking for Junior Freight Clerks for a various Freight companies based in the Heathrow area. The roles would suit College Leaver or University Graduates who are looking to start a career within Freight Forwarding.
Responsibilities (Full Training):-
Assisting with the following:-
- Providing Air / Road / Ocean quotations to customers.
- Processes and manage shipments by either Air, Ocean or Roadfreight.
- Dealing with either Imports or exports
- Customs entries
- Quotations
- Customer Service (Highest level)
Requirements:-
- College / University leavers
- PC literate
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work within a small team.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
