Excellent opportunity to join a growing technology & manufacturing scale-up business in the Oil & Gas & Engineering sector. We are looking for a Project Manager to be an integral part of the Customer Success team.
Key responsibilities:
- Project manage the post-sales process to achieve a successful deployment, from deployment kick off through to close out.
- Spearhead project management best practices
- Work collaboratively with the Software, Technical Account Managers, Production, Training & Installation teams to achieve a successful deployment for the customer
- Find solutions for optimising the customer onboarding process and collaborating with the teams to implement.
- Collaborating with the team and creating a process to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Have a formal qualification in project management or equivalent experience working in a project environment. You may have operated at Project Co-ordinator level and be looking for a step up
- An understanding of project delivery requirements with major organisations
- Experience of working within Engineering, Energy or Oil & Gas
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
