Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver highly effective Science lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching resources and strategies to enhance learning.
- Play a pivotal role in the school's curriculum review, contributing creative and dynamic ideas.
- Support students through their GCSEs with targeted Science intervention and tuition.
- Engage in continuous professional development to further enhance teaching practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science.
- Experience delivering Science curriculum to KS3 and KS4.
- Proven track record of raising attainment within Science.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
