Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of under-achieving KS2 pupils? This is your opportunity to work closely with students to help raise their attainment levels and bridge the gap between them and their peers.

Join a ‘Good' primary school in the Ward of Perry Barr, where you will provide 1:1 and small group support to Year 5 pupils. Your role will involve working collaboratively with teachers to deliver targeted interventions across the curriculum, helping students develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject
  • A genuine interest in supporting young learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position is ideal for graduates seeking practical experience in education and looking to make a tangible impact on student achievement.
