Techniche Global are supporting leading automotive manufacturer to appoint a
Antenna Project Design Engineer
Key responsibilities:
- Managing in-development and in production parts and suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery target
- Bill of Materials management for cabling, antenna and infotainment auxiliaries.
- Digital and physical layout checks for components
- Checks in production facilities as needed for fitment/efficiency of production
- Perform design reviews at key milestones
Qualifications and Experienced required:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Manufacturing BOM management experience (advantageous)
- Be able to demonstrate and have practical experience in problem solving tools and techniques, and a strong mathematical understanding
- Experience with harness/cabling layout for mass production
- Vehicle layout skills and knowledge of Team centre / NX CAD
- Basic understanding of antenna technical details
