Requirements as the Successful Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
- Holds chartership or is on the path to getting chartered.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working on either healthcare or educational projects.
Responsibilities of the Successful Quantity Surveyor:
- Delivery of projects.
- Pre and Post contract services.
- Manage project coordination and project reporting.
- Attending site inspections and site meetings.
- Attending and minute project meetings.
- Administer Contracts.
- Procure services and works on behalf of your clients and projects.
- Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
