We have an exciting opportunity with an innovative and highly reputable construction consultancy firm who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their brilliant team in Edinburgh. You will be working on a range of amazing projects across multiple sectors such as healthcare and education. Requirements as the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Relevant experience in a similar consultancy environment.
  • Holds chartership or is on the path to getting chartered.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience working on either healthcare or educational projects.

Responsibilities of the Successful Quantity Surveyor:

  • Delivery of projects.
  • Pre and Post contract services.
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting.
  • Attending site inspections and site meetings.
  • Attending and minute project meetings.
  • Administer Contracts.
  • Procure services and works on behalf of your clients and projects.
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff.
