Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive paralegal support to the Social Housing specialist team
- Handle file opening processes and client due diligence, including AML checks
- Manage general administration of client files
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients
- Opportunity to run some files independently, with appropriate supervision
Real Estate Paralegal Requirements:
- Experienced paralegal or legal secretary looking to advance their career
- Highly organised, motivated, and accurate, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional client care
- Flexible approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with document management systems in a professional services firm would be advantageous
