Description
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable
- Prepare and post sales invoices
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Provide support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Handle customer queries regarding invoices
- Ensure all financial operations comply with financial policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Interim AR Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
