We're seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment and utilities. Salary will be upto £41,000 per annum (This includes shift allowance)

Shift pattern: Rotating, Early (6am - 2:30pm), Late (2:15pm - 10:45pm), Night (10:30pm - 6:15am)

What You Get to Do:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular planned preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintenance Repair: Provide first aid and repair services to production equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Third Parties: Assist and coordinate with third-party maintenance services to ensure comprehensive maintenance support.
  • Health & Safety Responsibilities: Adhere to and promote health and safety standards in compliance with local legislation and company policies.

Skills Helpful for the Role:

  • Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience working in an automated production environment.
  • Apprenticeship: Time-served apprentice background is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify opportunities in challenging situations and develop alternative solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work positively to help others succeed and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Reliability: Demonstrates reliability in assignments and commitments, building trust within the team.
