The annual gross salary is circa £31,000 - to maximum £34,000 depending on qualifications, accreditation ( SIA Licence ) & experience, including 5.6 weeks holidays (including bank holidays)
Hours: 9.00hrs - 17.00hrs (with flexibility when need be), 5 days a week, weekend rotation with other Team Leaders for duty management.
Required: Safety and / or Security supervisory experience in High End Residential, SIA Licence, CCTV system management and operation, strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire Safety. Legal knowledge such as when removing unwanted persons on site.
- Patrolling and securing the area.
- Monitoring and analysing CCTV camera footage.
- Guarding valuables in a secure area.
- Protecting the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Communicating any irregularities with management.
- Keeping an incident report record.
- Following procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, traffic control and accident investigations
- Checking visitors in and out of the area.
- Escorting visitors around the premises.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations
