My large client in the utilities sector is currently looking for an experienced Operating Model & Process Workstream Delivery Lead to join their team on a 6 month contract basis to lead the delivery of specific work streams within a strategic programme, focusing on the design, implementation, and integration of ITIL-based service management processes and SIaM frameworks. This role is project-based and requires strong leadership and expertise in IT service management.
