Position: Cover Supervisor

Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT, or a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), this opportunity could be perfect for you!
About the Role:
As a cover supervisor on an ad-hoc basis, you have the flexibility to choose when you work—whether that's covering supply days or taking on a longer-term role. This is an excellent chance to deepen your understanding and experience in the education field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Class Supervision: Lead and supervise students while delivering pre-prepared lessons during the class teacher's short-term absence.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to handle a variety of situations, as each day in education can bring new challenges.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with students and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience: Whether you're a seasoned TA, HLTA, sports coach, or someone aspiring to teach, this role offers invaluable experience in leading a classroom.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Children: Prior experience working with children or young adults is preferred.
- Special Education Knowledge: Familiarity with special education practices and principles is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Essential for effective interaction with students, teachers, and parents.
- Prior Experience: Experience in mentoring, tutoring, or teaching in the UK is advantageous.
