Regulatory & Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Technical & Quality Department within a well-known reputable household brand known for its sustainable and accessible luxury products. You will be responsible for product & data administration and various compliance projects, all to be carried out within business-critical timelines. This is a full-time permanent role with hybrid working based at the Head Office in North Worcestershire. Salary £25k-£30k depending on experience, plus benefits.

The Company

Our client is a leading brand specialising in luxury bath and body products. They are very passionate about their products and customers and work collaboratively across product design, technical & quality, and sales & marketing. They have on-site parking and are based in spacious office accommodation commutable from Worcester, Leamington Spa, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Birmingham, Solihull, South Staffs and West Midlands.

The Role

As Regulatory & Compliance Administrator, you will report to the Technical & Compliance Manager and support the Technical & Compliance team. Working closely with all areas of the business, specifically NPD and Design, you will ensure ongoing compliance of products within an increasingly complex international regulatory environment. You will provide technical support to the Sales team, and customers, and assist in reviewing and approving artwork for the Design team. Working directly with suppliers, you will ensure all documentation is accurate and available to share required product information directly with global customers.

About You

Ideally, you will have some experience & knowledge in EU Cosmetic Regulations and a BSc/MSc in Cosmetic Science, or you have a chemistry background with experience in the cosmetics industry. You have excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills and can identify and propose opportunities to improve processes. You consider yourself a team player, always willing to support your colleagues as required, and eager to help solve issues. You are confident dealing with people at all levels within the business and can effectively build strong working relationships.
