Reed Business Support in Cambridge are working with an exceptional, forward-thinking company who are seeking a Market Research Analyst to join their small Digital team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of research projects. You'll play a key role in scripting surveys, processing data, and generating reports. Additionally, you'll need to be adaptable, responding to changing business needs, and maintaining clear communication. Your support will extend to the administration team as necessary for project-related tasks.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Script surveys and process data independently, including the use of bespoke software.
  • Handle the processing of all retail/continuous reports, preparing them for completion by report writers.
  • Coordinate and prepare survey code frames, complete survey coding tasks and manage the outsourcing of survey coding as needed.
  • Perform accurate data checking.
  • Support the Retail/Continuous Team with the full administration of testing programmes, ensuring all agreed deadlines are met.
  • Assist Research Executives with any project-related tasks as required by the business.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to become an expert in using specialist survey and data processing software (training provided).
