A successful applicant will have the ability to raise standards, be well organised, committed and is keen to involve themselves. You will be required to work within a positive and friendly team, this role will suit a Primary Teacher with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to jump straight in and the ability to accelerate progression. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and work with a positive and supportive team to raise attainment within an inclusive Primary School. We are currently working with schools across the Blackpool and Fylde coast who require upper KS2 staff, you will be matched to a school based on your location, experience and availability.

For day to day support, the role of a supply teacher is an important one. It involves confidently working to a different set plan each day to continue raising the attainment of each child in their class teacher's absence. The work will be pre - planned, you will be expected to deliver the work to a high standard and complete full marking in the teacher's absence. Daily rates will start at £120+ per day.

Long term roles will require a successful candidate to plan, prepare and mark their own class resources and work. You may be asked to support with termly reports and parents evenings ect. This role comes with the full responsibility of the class teacher and requires such commitment. Daily rates will start at £144- £220.

Essential requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications (PGCE, QTS etc.)
  • High knowledge of the KS1&KS2 national curriculum.
  • Classroom experience.
  • Two references from the last 5 years (1 must be a full child-based safeguarding reference)

Desired:

  • DBS on the update service. Randstad is committed to the safety of young children; therefore all
