The Outsourcing Team is experiencing fast growth and requires a talented Manager to take responsibility for the team, its development and its direction.
The Successful Bookkeeping Manager will take responsibility for a varied portfolio of clients and the Outsourcing Team itself. You will be in a hands-on, client facing role acting as the bridge between Clients and The Practice, with a focus on the development of both businesses. Your clients will be expecting detailed reporting and analysis with commentary and realistic but ambitious recommendations to improve efficiency, maximise growth and revenue and generally drive their businesses forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the Bookkeeping team
- Portfolio management and ensuring teams are working to best practices with a focus on efficiency and including data insight for internal tracking

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
