Part-Time Admin/Customer Services

Based in Alton, our client is looking to appoint a Part-Time Administrator/Customer Service Assistant for two days per week. This will be full days working 9am - 5pm.

You will respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email & face to face, show customers the facilities and take customers through the sales journey from enquiry to sign up.

You will also process customers documentation, produce monthly reports, chase any late payments, undertake general administration duties as well as carry out some marketing duties and ad-hoc projects as required.

The successful candidate must be self-driven, have excellent communication skills and be willing to assist customers.
