Change Manager

We are looking for a Change Manager to join the RBL team on an 18 month Contract basis to support the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies and plans.

Reporting to the Change Leader, this role will see you collaborating with Programme Managers, the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and teams in the wider organisation to ensure understanding of change impacts, in addition to having accountability for the creation and application of the change management approach for multiple ongoing initiatives within RBL.

As a Change Manager, some key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of and creating ownership for RBLs case for change and the change journey
  • Design and implementation of a structured methodology for leading change management activities
  • Supporting the development of a Change Management evaluation approach, leading design, and implementation of Change Management process, designing tools and interventions to support adoption of the changes required
  • Creation of change plans for projects or change initiatives within the TMO acknowledging all aspects of change - analysis, plan, implementation, communication, and other associated change considerations.

You will be contracted to our Haig House, London Hub. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
