Our client is a successful and rapidly growing company based in West London. They specialize in providing innovative solutions to businesses and have built a strong reputation in the industry. As part of their expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join their team.

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and engaging with potential business clients, particularly within the B2B recruitment agency sector. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, arranging meetings, and conducting product demos. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to prospects within the B2B recruitment agency market to introduce the company's offerings.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound efforts.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs and how our solutions can benefit them.
- Deliver compelling product demos that showcase the value and benefits of our offerings to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the B2B sector. Experience with recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Comfortable with using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
