We are now looking for a Content Lead to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our Content Lead, you will manage the delivery of our content strategy, ensuring engagement with our audiences.

Through refining and delivering our strategy, you will ensure we produce fantastic content across multiple channels and platforms that speaks to our audiences and drives traffic to our website.

You'll collaborate with our Brand and Content Manager and the Communications and PR Manager, co-ordinating content for our website, social media and print. You'll work with both internal teams and external contributors to maintain consistency in style and tone and achieve our strategic aims.

Additionally, you will:

- Oversee our website content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and delivers information in the best possible way
- Create and curate content for member focused and industry newsletters
- Engage with content partners, industry experts and external contributors
- Manage relationships with external copywriters and content creators
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement
- Provide content support and guidance

About You

To be considered as our Content Lead, you will need:

- Experience of content strategy development and management within a similar organisation or industry
- Strong editorial skills and experience managing a diverse team of content creators
- Budget planning and management experience
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, or professional experience in a related field
