Mersey side/ Runcorn
£30,000 – Plus OTE – uncapped commission based on sales made. Plus company car allowance £500 per month.

Looking for an experienced sales professional/ Business Development Manager with a background in selling telephony and broadband services - such as VOIP and Direct internet acess, to join their expanding team!

About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their Merseyside based team. Looking to drive growth and profit, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding their presence even further. Working with uncapped commission and genuine flexibility, in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Attending Teams, face to face and networking events. Through the use of lead generation, through LinkedIn and other prospective search engines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, building and nurturing accounts, working with the technical and support teams to provide the best and most suitable service to the customer.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Essential skills required:
You should have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the telecom/ Technology sector.
Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services, such as VOIP, connectivity and support desk.
It goes without saying that you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You should be, results-driven with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering and exceeding targets.
