We are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, so unfortunately we need some available either immediately or on no more than 1 month's notice.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic talent team within a global bank. This stand-alone role offers the opportunity to shape the early careers talent strategy, working closely with the newly appointed Talent Manager and reporting directly to the Head of Talent. You will play a key role in sourcing top-tier graduate, intern, and apprentice talent through strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and by refining the internal assessment models.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop and implement a robust sourcing strategy for early careers talent, with a strong emphasis on diversity, social mobility, and cognitive diversity.
Vendor Management: Manage and optimise relationships with third-party vendors to ensure effective handling of initial screenings, assessments, and video interviews. Evaluate and refine the current vendor model to enhance performance.
Assessment Model Development: Enhance and refine internal assessment processes to identify the best candidates, including the development of graduate talent assessment materials and coordinating with vendors for assessment centres.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient management of systems and processes, including scheduling via Excel and overseeing the reporting of application outcomes. Leverage SuccessFactors for applications, focusing on process efficiency.
Coordination: Provide support for interview coordination, ensuring a smooth and seamless process for all candidates.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in developing graduate talent, with a deep understanding of the early careers market.
  • Strong experience in vendor management, with the ability to evaluate and optimise vendor relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to sourcing strategies and refine assessment models.
  • Experience in the banking sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a track record of sourcing diverse candidates.

Interview Process:
1st Stage: Interview with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Talent Manager.
2nd Stage: Interview with the Head of Talent and another senior team member.

This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic individual passionate about nurturing early careers talent within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
