Music Teacher
Location: Sheffield Salary: £160-£220 per day Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:15 - 14:30 (Temporary- Maternity Cover) Start Date: September 2024
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our dynamic team at Veritas Education working at a Secondary School in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and nurture the musical talents of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Prepare students for performances and examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of music theory and practice.
- Experience teaching music at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for music and teaching.
