Kenton Black Finance are supporting a business based in the Salford Quays area who have been operating for over 30 years. The company provide a professional team who specialise in bespoke installations, fit outs and refurbishment. They are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working hours are an option, and you could work from home on a Friday.
Your new job as the Finance Administrator:
Helping the Finance Manager with the following:
- Match purchase invoices to POs
- Input all purchase invoices
- Staff training (including CSCS and SMSTS)
- Answering the phone
- Wages
- Holiday / absent log per employee and issue forms
- Vehicles - MOT, service etc
- Managing new phone contracts
- Managing the utilities
- Ordering PPE and uniforms
- Stationery replacement
- PAT testing
- IT - help with laptops / phones
- Assisting the MD as and when required
Experience and skills required to apply:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar job
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Take on ownership
- Organised
- Reliable
- Excel (basic) / Word
- Sage 50 (experience of using Sage 50 would be advantageous but NOT essential)
Salary and reward on offer:
- A salary of up to £29,000
- Pension
- Yearly bonus scheme paid out in December
